Form submissions are delivered directly to the committee's email. No submission data is stored on the web server. The site uses HTTPS encryption to protect your information during transmission.

Spam and Bot Protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from real people, not automated bots. Cloudflare may collect limited technical data (such as browser type and interaction patterns) to perform this verification. This data is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Your Choices

Submitting the Family Response Form is voluntary. By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to be contacted by the reunion committee about the family and the reunion. If you wish to update or remove your information, contact us at the email address below.

Children

The Family Response Form is intended to be completed by adults on behalf of their household. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
